With around 50 m² of living space, it comfortably accommodates 2–4 guests. The apartment features two cozy bedrooms, a living room with TV, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking and dining. Most apartments include a parking space in the underground garage.
