Explanation – prices:
Our prices include all statutory taxes and duties and are per suite.

Pets:
Small pets are welcome on request! We charge EUR 20.00 per day without food. Food and water bowls are available to borrow from reception. Please note that the hotel’s bathing beach is reserved for two-legged guests – but we would be happy to inform you about the surrounding bathing facilities for dogs.

Additional cleaning:
We offer interim cleaning and an additional shower and towel package for a fee.

Cancellation:
Our cancellation conditions correspond to the “General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006“. The right of withdrawal according to §11 paragraph 1 FAGG does not apply.

Cancellation insurance:
Since it can always happen that you cannot start your holiday for unforeseen reasons or have to break it off prematurely, we recommend taking out inexpensive travel cancellation insurance.

Hotel cancellation with excess or Hotel cancellation Plus + Premium
Unfortunately, even if you are already looking forward to your holiday, something unforeseen can always come up.

This means for you in the event of a cancellation:

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 weeks before departure. From 3 weeks before departure we charge 40% of the travel price. From 2 weeks before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 60% of the travel price. If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 80% of the travel price, and 100% for early departure. If you cancel one day before departure or on the day of arrival, we will charge you 100% of the travel price.

In order to save you unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation, we recommend that you insure yourself with Hotelstorno Plus or the comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium insurance.
